Ripujit Singh

Born & raised in Punjab (India), Ripujit practiced Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation and Real Estate for over 5 years before various trial courts and High Court of Punjab & Haryana. In Canada, Ripujit worked at a Law Firm based in Oakville as a Legal Assistant and thereafter, did his Articling at the same firm where he gained significant experience in Real Estate, Wills & Estates and Immigration Law.
At the end of the Articling term, Ripujit decided to co-found Artemis Partners LLP with Lakshay Khanna to build a client-oriented law practice in the heart of Oakville. Ripujit loves hiking, playing tennis and listening to music in his free time.

Lakshay Khanna
Areas of practice: Real Estate, Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts, Corporate & Commercial Laws
Raised in India and the United Kingdom, Lakshay finished his schooling in London, U.K. before moving to India for post-secondary education. In 2015, after attending law school and being called to the Bar in Delhi, he started his career working as Judicial Law Clerk to Honorable Mr. Justice Vipin Sanghi at the High Court of Delhi (equivalent to Ontario Court of Appeal). He then went on to work with a top-tier law firm in India in the areas of Commercial laws, Real Estate, Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution for over 3 years. Lakshay has worked on some of the notable cases at the time appearing before several arbitral tribunals, High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.
Before being called to the Bar by the Law Society of Ontario, he has worked with three financial institutions, including De Lage Landen Financial and Wells Fargo, where he audited commercial contracts.
Lakshay is a certified PADI Open Water Diver, an avid mountaineer having climbed several peaks in the Himalayas and loves hiking.

Tania Singh Mokha
Tania is an Office Administrator at Artemis Partners LLP, overseeing day to day operations of the firm. She is task oriented and focused on providing administrative support for legal services. She enforces office procedures with an aim to offer optimum results for every client.
With a bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering and a masters in Global Business Management, Tania brings with her the knowledge and experience of managing her own businesses in India. She is adept at organizing with an eye for detail. She is responsible for operations of information systems required for legal documentation, preparation of files, maintenance of both digital and physical records, scheduling appointments, overseeing billing and other accounting functions of the firm. She is also engaged in creating firm’s marketing strategies and planning organizational work flows to enhance efficiency.
Tania manages her time between work and raising a 7-year-old boy. She is passionate about art and crafts and enjoys hiking, camping and swimming with her family in her free time.
Sneha B. Bhatt
Areas of practice: Business Development, Client Management, and Immigration Counselling
Sneha leads Artemis's India presence and business development activities. She is a business advisor, consultant and client manager and offers strategic and practical advice on a wide range of subjects, including international business and immigration requirements.
Sneha is a seasoned leader with over two decades of top-tier experience including with teams at IBM, Standard Chartered, and ABN AMRO. Prior to joining Artemis Law, Sneha was responsible for leading high-performing teams and managing premium clients across Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia. Sneha is currently India-based and frequently travels to Canada.
Outside of work, Sneha is an avid reader, enjoys good music and food and hopes to publish the book she’s been working on soon!
